David D'Arcangelo is one of America's preeminent experts on disability. Legally blind from an early age, David's experience includes impressive careers in both the public and private sectors.

David has served as a Presidential appointee, Gubernatorial appointee, elected official and business professional and is known for his innovative ideas. His public service includes being a catalyst for groundbreaking and transformative projects that led to increased independence and self-determination for people with disabilities.

His private sector experience involves corporate turnarounds and creative campaigns. David's personal story is an American original that is unique and truly inspirational.

Ali Ingersoll is a Corporate Disability Inclusion Consultant, Ms. Wheelchair America 2023, keynote public speaker, TEDx Speaker, writer, and financial assets trader.

Ali’s professional passion lies in coaching organizations on how to strategically create and implement disability inclusive policies and practices within organizations from C-suite leaders to employee resource groups. She accomplishes this through teaching how to minimize bias, increase advocacy, accountability, access, and inclusion internally.

She believes it’s important to band together as one in order to affect the greatest change on the national stage and in local communities.

Dahlia Shaewitz brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex projects and large teams of experts in policy, practice, and research in the areas of disability, adult literacy, and special education. She is an expert in knowledge translation—helping both researchers and end users to understand and effectively communicate the information that can have a positive impact on our lives.

Ms. Shaewitz has been instrumental in creating new portfolios of work that improve employment outcomes for youth and adults with disabilities. She co-authored a series of research briefs that use descriptive data to highlight the policy and practice changes needed to improve economic independence for people with disabilities.
